- It could just have "(Low INT)" added after "Stupid", otherwise people might not know what it actually is. I sure didn't xD --

Most old school Fallout players that I'm aware of know low INT builds in Fallout/Fallout 2 as playing Stupid. However if you feel the name would be better if changed be my guest. Also we may need to come to a agreement on how walkthroughs and such are titled. RAM
